Messages, saved replies and brand emails

Every brand chat in one place, one-tap replies, away mode, and brand emails from Gmail.

Messages holds your chats with brands, one per collab. Instagram DMs that look like a collab show there too, and under Possible collabs.

  • Saved replies: write the answers you send again and again (rates, availability, address) in My page › Inbox, replies & alerts, and use them with one tap in any chat.
  • Away mode (My page › Bookings & barter): pick the day you’re back. New requests and brand messages get a polite automatic reply, once per chat, and your page says when you return.
  • Brand emails: in Inbox, replies & alerts › Brand emails, a small Gmail script copies emails you label collab-desk into Miracle. New ones become requests; replies join that collab’s messages.
