Delete your data

You can ask Miracle to delete the data it holds about you at any time. Here is how, for each kind of person who uses it.

How to ask

Email contact@miracleapp.live with the subject Delete my data. Send it from the email address you use with Miracle, or, if you only messaged a creator on Instagram, include your Instagram username and the creator's page address (name.miracleapp.live).

We confirm that we got your request within 3 working days and finish the deletion within 30 days. We may ask a question to make sure the request really comes from you.

If you're a creator

If you're a brand

Sign in, open Settings, then Sign-in & account, and choose Delete the company (the owner of the company can do this; others on the team can leave it there). It closes at once and is erased 30 days later. Or email us as above. We delete your sign-in, your contact details and the requests, messages and files you sent. The creator you worked with may keep invoices and the basic record of a finished, paid collaboration where the law requires it (see below).

If you messaged a creator on Instagram

Miracle keeps a conversation only when it looks like a brand collaboration: your Instagram username, name, profile picture and the messages in that conversation. Email us as above with your Instagram username and we'll delete it.

Remove Miracle's access in Instagram

A creator can also remove Miracle from Instagram itself at any time: open Instagram, go to Settings, then Website permissions (or Apps and websites), and remove Miracle. Miracle then can't read or post anything on that account.

What we have to keep

Indian tax law requires invoices to be kept, usually for 8 years. Invoices and the payment record they need stay until that time is up, and nothing else from your data is kept with them.

More about what we collect and why is in the privacy policy.
