Find your way around the app

On a phone, the bar at the bottom has six tabs. On a laptop the same places are in the side menu, with Content, Calendar and Grow listed on their own, and Settings in place of My page.

• Today: what needs you now, new collabs from your DMs, money yet to come, and Desk AI. The bell at the top opens your Alerts.
• Collabs: your board of collabs, plus Brands (everyone you’ve worked with) and Pitches (brands you reach out to).
• Messages: chats with brands, and Instagram DMs that look like collabs.
• Plan: Content (what to make this week), Calendar and Grow.
• Money: Overview, Payments, Invoices and Reports, plus the tax desk.
• My page: your page, link, QR codes and every setting, grouped as Your page, Bookings & money, How your desk works and Account. Help is here too.

Desk AI (Your AI assistant on a laptop) sits on Today. It scores open requests, shows collabs spotted in your DMs one at a time, gives your month in review, and answers questions about your own collabs and money under Ask your desk.
