Influencer media kit: what to include (and why a live one works better)
What brands want in a creator media kit, what to leave out, and how to keep the numbers current. A checklist for Indian Instagram creators.
A media kit is the short answer to a brand’s question: “Should we work with this creator?” It should take a brand under a minute to read.
What to include
- Who you are: one line on your niche and style, and your city.
- Who follows you: top cities, age range and gender split.
- Reach: average reel views and reach, and engagement. Not just followers.
- Best work: three to six of your best reels, and any past brand work.
- Results: views, saves, shares or sales from past collabs.
- Packages and prices: what you offer, from what price.
- How to book: one link or one email.
What to leave out
- Every number Instagram shows you: pick the four that matter.
- Old screenshots that no longer match your profile.
- Long bios. One line, then the numbers.
- Prices that change every week: use packages and “from” prices.
PDF, or a live page?
A PDF is out of date the day you send it, and brands know screenshots can be edited. A live page with numbers pulled straight from Instagram is always current and easier to trust. It’s also one link you can put in your bio, your email signature and every pitch.
Miracle’s live media kit updates your numbers from Instagram every night, shows a verified tick, and includes an audience health score brands trust.
A quick checklist

- Audience: cities, age, gender.

- Two or three packages with “from” prices.
- One link to book.
