A collab, step by step

Collabs is your board: New request, Negotiating, Confirmed, Creating, Live and Wrapped (and Someday). Open a collab and the big card at the top always shows the next step, such as Send quote, Shoot done, I’ve posted it, Send invoice or Send results. Everything else sits in rows (the work, the money, the brand, more) that open as sheets.

• Shoot done: once the shoot day comes, mark it, and the next step becomes editing and sending the draft.
• Someday: a collab that might happen but has no dates (only a request or one you’re still talking about). Keep for someday moves it out of Today, reminders and the daily summary, into its own tab. Pick a day to check back, or tap Bring it back.
• Book again: when a collab wraps, a Book again card sends the brand your thank-you, your repeat discount and a link to book the same pieces, by email or from your WhatsApp.
• Live and wrapped collabs lead with their results: total views and a card per post.
