Turnaround: who owns each step

Targets for every handoff, and reminders up the line when one runs late.

Turnaround (Plan › Turnaround on a phone, Campaigns › Turnaround on a laptop) shows what’s waiting on your team, how fast each handoff goes and how each owner is doing.

  • Handoffs: deciding on a quote, approving a quote, reviewing a draft, replying to a creator and paying an invoice (by its due date), plus the creator’s first quote and revised drafts.
  • Each collab has an owner and a backup. Past due, the owner gets an email and a phone alert; well past due, the backup and admin are told too.
  • Targets: set the time for each handoff, skip Sundays, and turn escalation on or off.

Everyone sees the turnaround report. Owners, targets and escalation are on Brand Pro.
